DoWork Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service are made of this Cover Page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1 (commonpaper.com/standards/cloud-service-agreement/2.1), which are incorporated by reference. If this Cover Page and the Standard Terms disagree, this Cover Page controls. If you have signed a separate order form or Cover Page with us that is still in effect, that signed document controls instead.

By creating a DoWork account or workspace, or by using DoWork, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent ("Customer"). You confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

Order Form

Cloud Service: DoWork (dowork.io), an online service for running a service business. It covers client records, tasks and scheduling, team and capacity, profit estimates, client updates, playbooks the AI runs, the DoWork for Chrome browser extension, and connections to the Customer's own tools (for example Google Workspace, ad platforms and CRMs) that the Customer chooses to connect.

Order Date: the Effective Date.

Subscription Period: one month, or one year if the Customer chooses yearly billing. Each period renews for the same length unless either party gives notice of non-renewal.

Cloud Service Fees: the fees for the Customer's plan at dowork.io/pricing when the Customer subscribes, or as agreed in writing. Plans are priced by team size: one flat price for everyone within the plan's team size, never per seat. Design partners use the Cloud Service free of charge for 90 days from the day their workspace is created. They are offered their founding price if they add a payment method before the end of that period.

Payment Process: Customer authorizes Provider to charge the payment method on file, monthly or yearly in advance according to the Customer's plan, through Provider's payment processor (Stripe). When Customer's team grows into a larger plan (for example, by inviting a first teammate, or growing past five people), Customer moves to that plan and its fee applies from then on.

Non-Renewal Notice Period: at least 1 day before the end of the current Subscription Period. Customer can cancel at any time in the app's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period.

Use Limitations: each plan covers the team size shown at dowork.io/pricing. The Solo plan includes up to 100 active clients; every team plan includes unlimited clients. Going over a limit doesn't stop the service. Provider will notify Customer and may offer the plan that fits.

Fair Use: "unlimited clients" means any number of clients Customer's team actually serves. Fair use applies only to extreme cases, such as reselling or sublicensing the Cloud Service, or automated or fictitious accounts or clients. In those cases Provider will notify Customer first and may limit the affected use.

Technical Support: by email at support@dowork.io, on business days, US Pacific time. Provider aims to reply within one business day.

SLA: none.

Professional Services: none, unless agreed in writing (for example hands-on onboarding on the Enterprise plan).

Attachments, Supplements and Modifications

Security Policy: as described in the DoWork Privacy Policy at dowork.io/privacy ("How we protect it").

Insurance Minimums: none.

Changes to the Standard Terms:

  1. AI features. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft, analyze and summarize. AI output can be wrong. Customer is responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to anyone. DoWork's design keeps a person in charge of anything sent or changed: nothing reaches Customer's clients, and nothing changes in a connected account, without a click by one of Customer's Users.
  2. Connected services. When Customer connects a third-party service (for example Google Workspace, Google Ads or Meta), Customer's use of that service remains subject to that provider's terms. Provider accesses each connected service only as needed to provide the features Customer uses, and only as permitted in the DoWork Privacy Policy, including Google's Limited Use requirements.
  3. Free periods and design partners. During a free period (including a design partner's 90 days), the Cloud Service is provided "as is", and Provider's total liability is limited to $100.
  4. Changes to these Terms. Provider may update this Cover Page by posting a new version at dowork.io/terms and emailing Customer at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Changes don't apply to a Subscription Period already paid for until it renews.
